As the governor dey yan dis news, him also make am clear say dem don find crude-like substances wey dey seep from ground, but e no mean say oil don already dey available in plenty, wey everybody dey rush fit gather. Na vetting and drilling go confirm if the oil dey abundant or not. E no dey sweet for ear when people dey talk say money for oil matter don waka away, but e insist say na lie.
Abiodun call out the media wey dey twist him words like say drilling don start already. “Abeg, I no tok say we don begin commercial drilling for Tongeji. What we get na just some indications, we never see confirmation yet,” him yarn. He even gree say dem don set security around the drilling area as dem establish naval post to guard national assets.
