She dey try make the set where actors and actresses dey work more respect for personal space, wetin dem fit call a “safe and ethical working environment.” Dis na the words wey dat letter yarn, as Tega go dey oversee how dem go fit report and settle any wahala when e happen.
AGN don recognize Tega based on how e be say she sabi her work plus her experience from Big Brother Naija. Dem believe say she go fit hold the position well, to make sure say respect no go waka pass for the industry like say na play.
As she collect the appointment, Tega no gree hide her joy: “I dey feel honoured, and I dey grateful to accept this appointment. My mission be say zero tolerance for sexual harassment go dey rule my tenure, and I go make sure say every survivor dey protected and supported.”
