The five local government councils wey dey join hand na Ilorin West, Ilorin East, Ilorin South, Moro and Asa. Dem don gree say this pavilion no be just any structure, e dey ready to serve as a center for cultural, social, and ceremonial activities wey go happen for Ilorin and beyond. Na wetin dem dey call visionary project, my people!
Baba Saliu Mustapha wey dey represent Kwara Central for Senate, na him start this whole matter as Federal Government work, but e be like say wahala show after the state government pause the initial plan. Dem talk say na lack of approvals cause the hold up. But now, as dem don take over, is time to move forward!
According to Ibraheem Abdullateef, wey be Senior Special Assistant to Governor for Communications, dem don appoint Hon. Abdullateef Gidado Alakawa as the Chairman for the Pavilion Construction Steering Committee.
