Aliyu M. Usman, wey be director for Trade and Exchange Department, yan say dem need this measure to boost trade wahala while dem dey finalize the new systems wey go make everything smooth again. E no easy for importers wey don dey face serious bottlenecks just to make sure dem document their goods well.
