Na for court today dem do am, as Ozekhome dey face serious charges wey involve alleged fraud wey ICPC put together.
Ozekhome suppose enter plea today, but wahala come barrel as AGF and him team carry the matter on top dem shoulder. Omo, e no be small tin! Director of Public Prosecution, Rotimi Oyedepo, talk say dem go make sure say everybody dey follow law, do correct thing as dem dey fight against corruption. Na better plan to make sure say justice no go just dey sit down for corner dey look.
As the court dey roll, Oyedepo come confirm say dem no go allow Ozekhome rights dey trampled upon. Na wetin be the gain of dis matter be say AGF wan make sure say public sabi say dem dey serious as dem dey tackle corruption for Naija. Dem even adjourn the case give Ozekhome, make dem fit collect the case file from ICPC properly, because correct process dey important.
ICPC oga, Osuobeni Ekoi Akponimisingha, come show say dem no get wahala with AGF takeover, dem ready to cooperate. E be like say everybody don gree for this matter – from the defense lawyers led by Kanu Agabi SAN, all the way to the judge wey be Justice Peter Kekemeke, wey don give dem February 24 to come back for arraignment. For di allegations, Ozekhome dey face serious charges wey talk say him collect one property for London from Mr. Shani Tali in 2021, and e even carry fake Nigerian passport wey no gree gree for the identity wey e dey use to claim di property. All dis wahala sabi dem well well for Penal Code, wey fit land Ozekhome for big gbege if dem no settle am well.
