According to the police, the Buffalo Patrol Team intercept some guys wey dey enter Delta State from Anambra. Dem say na on January 22, around 4:10 pm, as dem dey do their normal stop-and-search for Head Bridge, dem see the green Toyota Sienna wey carry plenty surprises inside.
When dem check the car, na wah oh! Dem find three pump-action guns, one locally made dane gun, one battle axe, and 26 live cartridges. If dem no catch these guys, e fit don be serious gbege for Delta!
Police nabbed six suspects: Nwanlioba Ikechukwu Dominic (62), Agbata Mathew (35), Osita Chineye (39), Favour Peterson (23), Prince Tochukwu (32), and Clement Nwakwa (51). Dem don carry dem go custody, and investigations still dey continue.
But wait, e no finish there! On January 20, dem also catch another group wey dey do drug business for Ugborikoko Division. CSP Setemi Agbede-Zoukumor and im team act on better intel wey dem gather, and dem expose organized drug syndicate wey dey thrive for the area. Wetin dem find? E plenty!
The operation start with one dealer wey dem first catch. As usual, the guy no gree hold mouth for the police. He spill beans about six other key players wey dey involved. Di suspects wey dem carry include Daniel Ojukwu, Rose Otofi, Osaro Okosu, Maro Ibecham, Fregene Victory, and Kevwe Irimoni.
As dem search the suspects’ house, una no go believe wetin dem find: 52 packs of GM Gold Indian hemp, canadian loud, 40 packs of Kolorado, 16 sachets of Swinol, 30 Tramadol tablets, and even two crushers wey dem dey use for drugs. E be like say some people dey do olosho business for this area!
