My people! Na big news hit ground as veteran sports administrator, Ayo Omidiran, don take the seat as the Executive Chairman of Federal Character Commission (FCC)! She don swear in on January 22, 2026, by our own President Bola Tinubu, no be small matter!
This one no be play play o! Mr. Ahmed Gumel wey be the head of Nigeria Olympic Committee (NOC), don congratulated Ms. Omidiran for this prestigious role. He talk say her wisdom and experience fit well for the job. This one show say we get correct leadership inside the NOC and Nigerian sports community!
Gumel no just dey yarn anyhow, he talk say Ayo na true champion. This babe don carry sports for her head since! From her days on top NFF Board go her work as Chairperson for Women’s Football Committee, she don dey fight for the beautiful game like say na her own backyard!
As if e no plenty, Gumel still add say Omidiran dey run her own female football club, wey she dey train the next generation of stars. Na dedication like this wey make am perfect for the FCC. Na big responsibility, but if dem fit carry her to that level, she go show the world wetin she fit do!
