Na wah! Na so Anambra Internal Revenue Service (AIRS) don catch four set of people wey dey do illegal money collection for Onitsha. Dem catch the guys – Ikenna Udoji, Kosi Iwobi, Chidera Ogbogu and dem Monday sef – as dem dey collect money from keke riders near Army Gate, abi na Army Barrack, who sabi!

As dem dey speak to reporters for Friday, the Special Squad Commander, Nathan Obikwelu, don confirm say dem don charge the suspects to court. E come talk say this tin no go gree again, as Governor Chukwuma Soludo don give order say no more wahala for illegal cash collection inside Anambra State. Na better plan wey dey align with wetin di governor dey yarn!

Obikwelu yarn say, “We don record another major victory as dem catch these four notorious illegal collectors wey dey operate for Ogbaru and Head Bridge area. Na coordinated operation wey dem follow to catch these boys after dem don collect money from transport operators, citizens, and investors.” Dem dey use this tin scam people under the guise of collecting levies. Na serious matter, my people!

But e no stop there! Just few days ago, seis na news say AIRS Special Anti-Touting Squad don catch six illegal revenue collectors around River Niger bridges and Ogbaru communities. Dem nab the suspects on Monday during another coordinated operation wey happen after tip-offs from wey don suffer from their extortion wahala!

Managing Director of the Special Anti-Touting Squad, Monday Nwokoye, talk say “The arrests align with Governor Soludo’s directive, say illegal cash collections suppose finish for this state.” Na good news, we go dey keep our eyes open for dem wey dem use false pretenses collect money from us.

Na from different corners of the community residents and victims don bring report come. Dem don dey shout, say some guys dey stop dem abracadabra and dey collect money wey dem no plan say dem go pay. But now with dis kind operation, maybe the citizens go fit rest small and execute their daily plans without fear of illegal collectors!

This kind tins no fit last for Anambra, as the government dey serious about cleaning up the environment. Naightingy money wey dey cause wahala, we go dey shine our eyes!
