As PDP dey talk, dem accuse Abuja Federal High Court say na bias dem dey see for the way the judge dey run the matter. Dem talk say di judge wey dem mention, Joyce Abdulmalik, no fit give dem the fair hearing wey dem dey look for. Chai, no be small matter o!
According to PDP, dem don write letter give Chief Judge wey dey complain about some judges for the court before this case even start. Dem talk say dem no get trust for dem judges to handle PDP matter without bias. Na so dem do motion make Joyce comot for di case, but she no gree step down, instead she say make she dey run di case di way wey she like.
Dem try to withdraw matter, wey follow di law wey say if person wan withdraw, e suppose fit do am within fourteen days, no wahala. But when dem carry am go court, instead of di judge to strike di case, she just dismiss am. Na so PDP come dey shout say dem dey fear say di judiciary no dey fair.
PDP dey remind us how Justice Niki Tobi, one respected judge, don yan say judges suppose keep away from politics. E be like say some judges don forget dis advice, na im PDP dey fume.
So, di matter wey involve IGP and Nigeria Police wey block PDP secretariat, dey clear say e don turn fight for office. PDP dey insist say dem na di legitimate leaders wey suppose get di office back. But wahala don dey scatter everywhere with Wike, di Minister of Federal Capital Territory, making gbosi in di matter, claiming say he and him paddy dey still hold di office.
As it stand, PDP dey hunger for their headquarters, but di blockage don turn battle ground wey police sef don seal di place. Di party don make a serious statement as dem continue to dey push for their rightful place to avoid any more wahala as e dey hot.
