According to the people wey dey speak, this one no be small wahala again o! Dem talk say Rivers Assembly don lose all credibility and trust. Na wetin go make dem call for National Assembly intervention. Dem dey follow Constitution Section 11 go advise say make NASS take over as legislative body, so that dis palava no go turn to something wey go spoil everywhere.
The APC Leaders’ Forum wey get big names like Engr. Ibrahim Danjuma and Elder Akpan Ekpeyong, plus other heavyweights, dey vex say dem fit impeach Governor Siminalayi Fubara just like say na game. Dem no gree make anybody dey sleep, say Rivers don dey slide into serious constitutional crisis.
Dem come carry all dis gist go make noise for APC Secretariat for Abuja, dey shout say how fit dey collect funds wey belong to the people and still dey cause trouble for those wey dey try run the state. Dem talk say anybody wey dey support dis impeachment no dey fight for Rivers people, but rather, them dey plan to chop the state money for themselves.
These groups no hide their mouth, as dem don thank the Rivers State Chief Judge wey strong enough to no make probe panel wey fit dey against court order. E show say we still get rule of law for dis country o, and dem no wan make any illegal action waka come challenge normal governance.
As dem dey shout like this, dem dey put plenty heat for those 27 lawmakers wey dey follow former Governor Nyesom Wike. Dem say na dem dey cause all dis wahala, collecting as much as ₦350 million each, plus cars and plenty money ahead, but still dey plan how to frustrate present government.
Dem dey warn say if National Assembly no come do something sharp-sharp, e fit turn say Rivers State fit dey even enter deeper wahala wey fit affect everybody weh dey live for there. Una fit hear wetin dem dey talk? 'Make we no allow them sacrifice Rivers State because of political desperation!’
Dem no plan to relent o! Dem don vow to dey protest until National Assembly come carry out wetin dem suppose do. Dem dey call on all Nigerians wey get conscience to rise up, join hand and stop dis wahala. Na we all get Rivers, and we no fit allow any bad belle politician spoil wetin we don build.
All dis struggles wey dem dey make na to show say democracy must survive for Rivers State, and dem go continue to dey shine their eyes until everything wey be like disorder come back to normal. Na so the matter be, my people!
