Na wa o! Gombe State dey hot as African Democratic Congress (ADC) don gather sharp sharp for one big meeting wey happen on Wednesday.

Dem don finally settle all di wahala wey dey between dem, and now dem dey ready to face di ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) like no man business for upcoming elections.

Dem bring all di big wigs come together; wey include leaders from inside and outside di state capital. Na so dem go ahead establish one solid command structure wey go carry dem forward.

As dem finish di meeting, dem decide say Auwal Barde go lead di party, while Danladi Bala go handle di secretarial work. No be small matter, but di big gist na say dem don recognize di former Minister of Transportation, Senator Abdullahi Umar, as di state leader of ADC for Gombe. Na serious strategic move wey dem believe go help unite all di party members.

Senator Umar no dey slack o! E come talk say dis new direction na fresh chapter for di party. Him yarn say, “What we don achieve today na clear sign say we dey move away from di old order. ADC don gather like one family, and we ready to face wetin dey come.”

He also drop message say dem go soon kick-off new membership registration and validation. This one mean say ADC dey ready to take over, with congresses dey happen nationwide for February and March.

“Every member go get sense of belonging, and we go make sure say all di tins clear and fair,” Umar promise. No wonder e talk say ADC na di most formidable opposition party for dis Nigeria matter. Na dem fit change di narrative, plus dem dey ready to give political alternatives wey go satisfy di citizens wey don tire for di current arrangement.

Mama Naomi Abel, di ADC National Women Leader, also add her voice, tell dem say as dem don gather, make dem keep di spirit of unity strong. She warn say personal ambition no suppose scatter di group work. “Unity na di backbone of our success,” she say, as she encourages dem to stick together for di elections.

Mr. John Yoriyo, wey be di former Deputy Governor of Gombe, talk say di reconciliation process wey dem just go through go help make sure say internal democracy dey strong for ADC. “Dis na solid foundation wey we dey build; we don prepare well well for di battles wey dey come,” he affirm.
