Julius Berger Nigeria Plc, dem no dey play as dem don mobilize fully and don begin small work wey go set the stage for the flyover. As we dey talk, dis Uromi Junction Flyover go join another flyover wey dey develop for Ughelli – the Otovwodo Junction wey cost N39.3 billion. Dis na just one week after dem carry the flag off!
