According to Dr. Godknows Igali wey be the boss of PANDEF, dem gather this seven-man reconciliation committee wey Chief Kanu Agabi dey lead to find better way out for this long political drama. E be like say Wike and Fubara dey listen and dem wan make peace, abi na better development dem dey find? E get as e be!
Igali talk say the committee don meet with traditional leaders wey dey support Wike and Fubara side. Na dem fit gree make peace work, as dem know say wahala for Rivers no be small matter. Every chop wey dem chop fit affect everybody, no be only dem for the state.
As dem dey carry discussions, dem don talk with elders wey dey follow both sides, and Tah, progress dey happen! E nor go too long for dem to meet other stakeholders. Igali even drop say if Wike and Fubara no fit gree to meet with committee, den peace no go fit show face for Rivers, na so e be.
But Ijaw National Congress no dey smile for the House of Assembly action to push ahead with impeachment matter for Fubara and him deputy, Prof. Ngozi Odu. Dem dey shout say wahala wey lawmakers dey bring no go help anybody, na just personal interest dem dey pursue.
Prof. Benjamin Okaba dey vex say dis impeachment matter na serious vendetta. E talk say dem dey do am just to satisfy themselves, not the actual growth wey dem suppose dey push for Rivers State. Na so e be, e good make dem gree open eye and see wetin go benefit the people.
Dey say the crisis fit affect whole country, so na why PANDEF dey play their role well. Abeg, make all parties sit down, find solution, and make Rivers dey jolly for peace.
