During ceremony wey happen on Wednesday, as dem give am award from National Parents Teachers Association of Nigeria for Abuja, e clear say security for our schools dey big for am. E talk say every stakeholder – parents, teachers, and government – gatz join body to make sure say our children dey safe for school. Because without safety, how pikin go learn? Na serious issue, my people!
Gen Musa go on talk say, ‘This award dey give me power to continue to push better policies wey go help our teachers and make learning sweet for our pikin dem. We suppose fit work together with parents and schools so that every pikin go fit achieve wetin dem suppose achieve.’ Na true talk be this, as we no go fit build tomorrow without secure today.
In addition, the president of NAPTAN, Haruna Danjuma, don hail the minister for him commitment to national security. E talk say security don increase school attendance, especially with all the kidnaps and attack wey dey happen. Parents don dey feel better as dem see how government dey try protect their pikin. This na wetin we dey expect!
Also, Richard Pheelangwa, wey be Permanent Secretary for Ministry of Defence, say the award na clear sign say Gen Musa dey committed to the security of our children and wey dey work with other stakeholders. All dem talk dey show say the fight for security no be only one person’s matter – na team work!
But my people, no be play! Security around schools don dey be serious wahala for Naija, as we don see bandits, kidnappers and many bad guys dey disturb school activities. Which kind future we wan build for our pikin if dem no fit learn in peace? Na to strengthen security we go fit do this one.
