In the letter wey him address to the PDP chairman for Galadimawa Ward, Doma Local Government Area, Onawo talk say him decision dey effective from the same day wey him write am. E say, “I write to formally notify you of my resignation as a member of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP)…” Chai, na serious matter be that!
No be small thing, he come explain say na personal reasons dey make am pack him load. “This decision has been taken after careful consideration and is purely for personal reasons,” na wetin him talk. You fit imagine the kind wahala wey dey happen for party ground wey make this man decide to shift ground.
As he dey waka like this, Onawo still show appreciation to PDP leadership and members wey don support am all these years. He talk say, “I wish to sincerely thank the party leadership, members, and supporters for the opportunity to serve my people in various capacities.” E no forget to drop best wishes for the party for their future endeavors. Na real gentleman move, but where e go dey head now?
