Dem even go further to cancel Dr. Unaogu Ngozihukwu Nneka appointment as the substantive Medical Director for that hospital, calling am ‘unlawful’ and all that wahala.
The court tell dem say Prof. Igwe get right to complete him remaining tenure of three years and five months. Na for suiting wey dem call NICN/ABJ/130/2024, e follow say make dem pay the man all him salary wey dem don stop since September 2023, untill this judgement land.
