Na him make courtesy visit to Etsu Nupe, Alhaji Yahaya Abubakar for him palace for Bida.
The visit no be small, as he want understand wetin dey happen for Niger State. Bandits don turn di place into their playground, but Shaibu no go allow that one continue! According to Colonel Appolonia Anele wey dey act as di Army Public Relations Officer, di Chief of Army Staff wan make sure say dem fit assess di area well and spot all di gaps wey dey for military deployments.
Shaibu sabi say intelligence na di koko for dem to succeed. E talk say traditional rulers, like Etsu Nupe, na dem fit give dem correct gist wey go help dem. He don also plan to use modern tech like surveillance wey go make dem sabi wetin dey happen for ground and respond faster to any wahala.

Shaibu also talk as he dey go visit di 18 Brigade for Bida. As e dey meet di officers and soldiers, e assure dem say di Army go still dey look into their welfare because morale dey important. E stress say if dem no dey okay, wetin dem go fit do? Plus, dem go build more houses for troops wey no get shelter and set up training centers to help di families find work.
But while we dey hear good news, we no fit forget di bad ones. Na for Kaduna, police don rescue 76 kids wey dem plan to kidnap! Dem sabi catch three suspects, wey apparently don plan to chop di children into forced labor. Na serious case o!
As UN don also talk, dem don urge di Nigerian government to protect civilians and schools after graze of violence for Niger State. Dem don witness many attacks wey don lead to deaths and abductions. Na big wahala wey need urgent attention.
So, my pple, as di Army dey revamp approach to tackle dis banditry issue, make we dey pray for dem to succeed. Even if dem fit catch di bad guys, hope dey say di future fit shine bright for Niger State again.
