Ogene, wey be Consultant Architect, enter R-Jolad Hospital on November 15, 2025, because of stroke wey cause am partial paralysis. E no fit urinate well, so dem come put catheter for him body to assist am. But wahala begin when dem notice say the urine no dey flow well into the catheter bag. Omo! The palava start sharp, as he quickly inform the doctor wey dey on duty, but the matter still dey get worse.

For early morning of November 16, e talk say part of him urine spill everywhere as the urine no fit enter where e suppose enter. Nurse Oseni come manage the situation by removing the first catheter and put another one for am. But e no better. The new catheter still dey cause am pain wey dey make hin groin dey hot. As wahala no be small, he don call Nurse Elizabeth, to complain, but she claim say everything dey okay. Abeg, na wetin be this?

Despite say Ogene dey shout for pain, dem no carry him matter serious. Instead, hin stomach come dey bulge like balloon! According to him lawyer, dem go dey sue for N500m for how dem neglect am, plus N100m for trauma wey e don suffer, N200m for enjoyment of life wey don scatter, and even N10m monthly loss for him architect work till 2042! Abeg, e no be joke o!

Dem even ask for N4.4m refund for hospital bill wey Ogene don pay. As per dem legal team, dem don send letter to the hospital, but dem still dey talk say dem go investigate the matter. Hospital sef don respond but say dem no fit disclose anything because of patient privacy laws. E no sure if dem fit settle this matter before e enter court wahala.
