Na the Pan Niger Delta Forum (PANDEF) na him don come talk say make everybody calm down as dis whole wahala fit lead to gbege wey no go sweet anybody. Dem talk say Rivers State na key state for Niger Delta and the whole Naija, so we suppose manage am well.
As e be, di Board and National Executive Committee of PANDEF don call dis political gbege “deeply disturbing.” Dem sabi say if we no take am serious, na serious katakata we go carry come. Dem advise say make all parties embrace peace, because na peace we go fit use build di state.
Dem also dey commend President Bola Tinubu and elders from Rivers for dia efforts to bring calm back to di state. To make matter better, PANDEF don form high-level reconciliation committee wey go mediate di crisis. Kanu Agabi, wey don be Attorney-General for Naija before, na him be di chairman of di committee.
Dem gather plenty hot shots join am, like former Senator Obende Domingo, and even retired DSS Director, Chief Mike Ejiofor. This committee suppose work well, and dem dey urge everybody to cooperate with dem.
Now, di Rivers Assembly wey dey led by Speaker Martin Amaewhule don waka come out for plenary session wey dem start impeachment process for Governor Fubara. Dem bring notice wey get signatures of 26 lawmakers, wey bring different allegations of misconduct wey involve big amount like N800 billion. Chai! Na serious matter be dat!
Dem also dey accuse di governor of demolishing di Assembly complex and no gree follow di Supreme Court rulings wey talk about legislative autonomy. Na wah o, dis level don pass regular matter!
On top di deputy governor case e be say dem accuse am join sef, say he dey collaborate to spend money wey no dey constitutional. Speaker Amaewhule don tell dem say dem go serve di notices to di governor and him deputy within seven days as di Constitution dictate.
Dis whole matter just dey intensify di political crisis wey don dey brew for Rivers State since di last wahala wey involve our former governor, Nyesom Wike.
