As Oga Bola Tinubu dey lead the country, dem don make sure say the SEZs no be just skin-deep matter. Dem don create over 20,000 direct jobs wey help many pipo put food for table. This matter no be small feat o, na big one wey show say Nigeria dey serious about moving forward for economy!
According to dem report wey dem drop, 2025 don mark as a year wey dey define how Nigeria dey reposition imself economically. No be only SEZs, but non-oil export deeds too don jump up by strong 21 percent, wey carry us reach $12.8 billion for the first half of this year. Na almost double the target wey dem set for $6.5 billion!
This sharp rise in export don contribute to wetin dem dey call N12 trillion trade surplus. Abeg, make you use your head dey yan, wetin be better level for trade wey dey grow like this? The ministry talk say na through reformation for trade and proper export processes wey dem fit achieve all these gains.
Nigeria dey export plenty things wey go make you open mouth widely if you hear am! Cocoa, ginger, sesame seeds, and even cashew na wetin dey carry our flags go higher. No forget say dem also don empower over 27,000 exporters and train about 3,000 farmers to dey grow wetin na him go make their pocket jingle. For investment too, na better news we wan hear. This 2025, Nigeria don chop new investment wey dey worth $13.7 billion, plus dem don sign Memoranda of Understanding wey reach $50.8 billion. Oga Jumoke Oduwole, our Minister of Industry, no dey sit down for office, she dey waka go meet with big companies wey fit invest for our land.
