According to Lagos State Police Command, e be like say, the matter don pass serious level as dem hand over the case to Assistant Inspector-General of Police wey dey in charge of Zone 2, Sylvester Alabi. Na so as e be, after Okafor no show for police invitation wey dem give am on Monday, following the one wey dem invite am on Sunday.
Police Commissioner Olohundare Jimoh yarn say, “When we call am, im lawyer come get to us say he go show on Monday. We sit down wait for am on that Monday but he no show, so I order for make dem arrest am.” But after dem don drag am small, he finally show face on Tuesday.
Na wetin Jimoh talk be say, the matter don dey on ground for about three weeks now, and dem don transfer am to Zone 2 for more investigation. “All these social media worries don make us sabi say we no go wait for people to come before we take action, especially when matter fit cause serious gbege,” im add.
