The prosecution wey represent NDLEA, Peter Ekuri, talk say Deji no get any legal authority to dey sell or carry the drug, so na where him fall for dis matter. Na Section 11(c) of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency Act na im don catch am from all corners. E as e be, we sabi say for Naija, law no dey find who you be, e go just land you!
When e reach time to beg for leniency, Deji lawyer, R.M.J. Nyiew, try to convince the court say make dem no dey too hard on am.
