For im sermon wey happen during the 2026 thanksgiving service for St. Matthew’s Church, Ijebu-Jesa, Osun State, the Bishop no gree carry last as e yarn say, “Let the choice of the people stand.” Wetin that one mean? E dey tell INEC and the security agencies make dem do dem work well no be to dey pick sides. Naija people don tire for all this political wahala, na im make olodo wey no know how to do their work take carry politics enter am.

As dem dey prepare for this election, many stakeholders dey show their worry about INEC readiness. Oluyamo no carry dem matter play as e call on police and other security bodies make dem remove partisanship from their mind. Na everybody dey pray make the election run smooth, no be like the ones wey we don see before wey e go just be wahala upon wahala.

This Bishop sef no shy to talk about all the insecurity wey dey happen for Nigeria as he nag President Bola Tinubu directly, say e notice say even with all the efforts to tackle bandits and kidnappers, fear still dey creep down our roads. Oluyamo commend Tinubu for some steps wey e don take, but e also yarn say half measures no go work again, say we need serious action.

“People don tire,” na wetin im talk. “We need this government to move from just managing the situation to solving am well. We need to create safe haven for our farmers, our roads must dey secure, and make children no dey hear gunshots for their dreams,” e add.

The Bishop even predict say 2026 go bright for Naija, as e dey encourage everybody to hold strong and pray for peace, especially for Osun State. E say, “Your journey in 2026 shall please the Lord.” Na so we dey hope say all dis wahala go pass and we go enter better times.
