For Federal High Court wey dey Abuja, Judge Emeka Nwite gree say make Yakubu and im crew dey inside prison as dem don arraign dem for court on Wednesday. Dem dey face charges wey total $9.7 million, and dem don already deny all the accusations.

EFCC no dey play as dem accuse Yakubu Adamu, Balarabe Abdullahi Ilelah, Aminu Bose, and Kabiru Yahaya Mohammed say dem release Bauchi State government money to one Miyetti Allah Kautal Hore leader, wey na terrorism financing dem talk say dem do.

According to the prosecution, the money wey dem release, san reach $6 million, na part of money laundering scheme wey dey connect to Commissioner Adamu.

But as dem come face the charges, lawyer for the defense, Gordy Uche, wey na Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN), tell the court say di EFCC no get strong proof to connect im clients to di terrorism wahala, make judge hear am well well.

Uche talk say if dem keep Adamu for prison, e go spoil for about 60,000 workers wey dey Bauchi State wey never collect salary since.
