These three people don plead not guilty to all the 16 counts wey EFCC carry come for dem. The case wey dem dey face no be small matter, as dem don accuse dem say dem use plenty bank accounts, luxury properties, and corporate fronts since 2015 to hide money wey no get correct origin.

Na only last month, dem don remand dem inside Kuje Correctional Centre till January 2, 2026, to settle the matter. Judge Emeka Nwite dey handle the case, and he don already order say make dem dey wait for the much-anticipated bail argument.

According to reports, na for his time as AGF during Buhari regime, Malami and him family carry out this alleged criminal acts for Abuja, Kano, and Kebbi.
