No be joke o! This acquisition wey dem announce for December 31, 2025, na wetin go help Aradel flex muscle for Nigeria upstream oil and gas sector. Na dey kontri wey NDW dey operate get 45% interest for Oil Mining Lease (OML) 34 wey dey for Western Niger Delta! And guess wetin? Dem still get 50% share for Renaissance Africa Energy Company Limited. Na win-win!

According to wahala wey dem drop for statement, dis move fit bolster Aradel’s strategy wey dey focus on portfolio consolidation and sustainable value creation. Chief Executive Officer of Aradel, Mr. Adegbite Falade, talk say dis acquisition na another milestone for their growth plan. Given say na regulatory approvals don clear road for dem, Aradel confirm say dem don meet all conditions after dem receive okay from the Nigerian Upstream Petroleum Regulatory Commission (NUPRC) and the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (FCCPC).
