As Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC) drop their scorecard, NNPC waka come last among 357 MDAs wey dem check. Omo, NNPC score zero for all four major pillars, talk say wahala dey. Na only Nigerian Upstream Petroleum Regulatory Commission (NUPRC) na im dey shine, don ginger 91.83. Other agencies fit no dey too happy with their scores but at least dem no be like NNPC wey don rub ground.
