But no worry, the Nigerian Independent System Operator (NISO) don drop fresh news wey go sweet your belle!

As dem talk for last night, dem assure us say light go shine well within the next 24 to 48 hours! Yes, you hear am! Dem dey close to finish work for the pipeline repairs as dem don almost complete am. If you no sabi, na one serious explosion and vandalism wey scatter plenty gas supply to thermal power plants and make light dey disappear for many places.

Now, NISO don confirm say dem dey keep eye on the repair work wey Nigerian Gas Processing and Transportation Company (NGPTC), wey na NNPC subsidiary, dey carry out. Dem talk say fixing the pipeline na serious matter, but dem don assure us say very soon, gas go start to flow again to the power plants. Imagine how e go sweet when light go just dey come back like magic!

Minister of Power, Chief Adebayo Adelabu, no wan make we dey worry again. Him don talk say, “No shaking my people! Light go come back sharp sharp.” During meeting wey dem hold recently, all the stakeholders — from NISO to Transmission Company of Nigeria (TCN) and alike — all agree say the repair go finish within the set time.
