Omo, Naija wey we dey, e no dey easy at all! Katsina State Governor, Dikko Radda don open mouth talk say make we no dey use state governors as scapegoat for the wahala wey dey Nigeria economy. E yan say na Federal Government dey control over half of wetin all states dey share monthly.

For one interview wey him do with Radio France Internationale (RFI) Hausa, Radda come drop bombshell say 52% of money wey dey generate for federation go straight to Federal Government, while 48% na the one wey dey share among the 36 states and 774 local governments. E no too cool, abi?

As e dey talk dey go, him come question wetin Federal Government dey do with all that money. “For decades, them dey chop the bigger share of the cake, so na wetin wey scatter for Nigeria?” Radda ask. E dey vex as people dey always blame governors when wahala dey for economy. Him talk say make we dey check the wahala for top level too.

Radda no just stop there o! Him come yan say make people no just lump all public officers together for corruption matter. “No be everybody wey wear suit dey collect bribe. Leadership suppose come with integrity, and people wey no dey do well go face wetin dem go face,” him talk.

Still dey defend him government, Radda show say e dey put money for capital projects even with all this economic wahala wey dey fly around. “When you dey execute capital projects, you dey create jobs for people wey dey ground. If you no sabi, labourers dey collect their wages, food vendors dey sell their food, and suppliers dey carry their goods come,” him explain. Dis one no be joke o!

He no forget to talk about the impact wey all this investment dey make for local governments for Katsina. “If you waka enter the local governments today, you go see people dey hustle, because the money don reach dem,” Radda share as him dey smile.
