With the Jumeirah Escapes promotion, guests of participating hotels have the option to change or cancel their reservation for free, up to 24 hours before arrival if the reason is due to COVID-19 restrictions. These include a positive PCR test, canceled flights or a travel ban. Changes will be based on the room rate and availability on the new requested date. Confirmation of flight cancellation and a positive PCR test must be provided.
