Traffic accident in Poway caused blackout, affecting 1,800 homes & businesses
A traffic collision resulted in a power cut that left over 1,800 homes and businesses in areas north of Lake Miramar without an electricity supply on Saturday.
Around 8 o’clock in the morning, a power outage became apparent in the southern region of Poway.

It was anticipated that all the SDG&E clients with power issues would have power back on by 8 o’clock in the evening.
