The presidential jet, wey dem call Nigeria Air Force (NAF) 1, touch down for Murtala Muhammed Airport around 4:15 PM on Tuesday.
Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu and plenty top Lagos State government officials dey on ground to welcome our oga. No wahala, dem even get military honour waiting for am. Na so dem dey show respect for that big gaffer!
Tomorrow, Tinubu go host other ECOWAS Heads of State and Government for Nigerian Institute of International Affairs (NIIA) and Eko Hotels and Suites as dem mark this golden jubilee event. Wetin be dis golden anniversary wey don start since last month for Accra? Na the time wey ECOWAS comot from idea come become big, big organization wey dey help West Africa connect. 1975 don long oh, but e no be small matter.
One of the highlight for this event na General Yakubu Gowon (rtd), the only surviving Head of State wey sign the ECOWAS declaration. E go also come dey participate for all the ceremony and organise speech wey go dey happen for Eko Hotels.
But that’s not all! On Saturday, Tinubu go commission some projects wey him administration don handle. Dem include Section I of the Lagos-Calabar Coastal Highway, Lekki Deep Sea Port Tax Credit Concrete Road, and even flag-off of Section II of the Lagos-Calabar Coastal Highway. Na real work of progress wahala! E go still virtually inaugurate Kano-Kanwar-Danja-Hadejiya Section II Road from far.
No forget say, Tinubu go observe the Eid-el-Kabir prayers at the State House, Dodan Barracks, before e waka go return to Abuja. E go sweet to see say him don celebrate the festival for Lagos before him head back.
