Skepta to Headline KOKO’s First Anniversary Celebration
London Venue KOKO Celebrates One Year Since Re-Opening
KOKO, the iconic London venue, reopened its doors last year after a major refurbishment. To celebrate its first anniversary, KOKO is hosting a weekend-long party from April 28th to April 30th with a line-up of phenomenal guests.
Friday, April 28th: Rhythm Section, Guiltybeatz and DJ Sim, and Foals (DJ set)
On April 28th, Rhythm Section, lead by founder Bradley Zero, Josey Rebelle, and Batu, will rock KOKO’s main room, while in Cafe KOKO, Guiltybeatz and DJ Sim will bring African new wave music to the dance floor. Over at the House of KOKO, Foals (DJ set), Crazy P Soundsystem, and others will entertain guests across five floors.
Saturday, April 29th: No Art with ANOTR
April 29th is a special day as it includes a theatrical event from No Art with ANOTR, a Dutch House duo.
Sunday, April 30th: Skepta
The weekend will close with a bang as Skepta headlines KOKO on April 30th. The grime legend has returned to his house music roots and his new house-centric label, Más Tiempo, will be launching at the party. Skepta will be joined by Jammer, Benji B, and Maximum.
