Roosters Come Out on Top Against Warriors Thanks to Two Paulo Goals
The Sydney Roosters managed to secure a narrow victory over the New Zealand Warriors thanks to two goals from forward Paulo.
The first was scored just four minutes into the match, with the second coming three minutes into the second half.
The Roosters also secured a penalty thanks to Walker, before Paulo scored his second goal off the back of a Joseph Suaali’i break.
Though the Warriors put up a fight, their efforts were ultimately not enough to secure them a win.
Coach Andrew Webster spoke highly of his team’s tenacity and resilience, even in the face of defeat.
He praised their ability to keep fighting despite the odds and says that with continued hard work and resilience, the team is sure to start winning games.
