City, Nigeria – Pastor Toluwani Odukoya, wey be senior pastor for Fountain of Life Church, don finally talk say her marriage to Olumide Ijogun don waka come off this earth. She expose the gist during her podcast wey dem dey call Toluwani Unfiltered.
No be small matter, oh! The marriage wey start for 2012 bring three children, two daughters and one son, but e don finish, and she no fit hide am again. E be like say the last few years na trial by fire for her as she lost many important people for her life, including her stepmother and her papa, all in the space of just four months after the separation.
Pastor Tolu talk say for separation, na death too as she dey experience loss of her marriage and more. “Na painful something,” she express, “when marriage end, na like say person die.” (E be like say relationship be like movie, sometimes dem go just cut am abruptly).
She carry gist go deeper, say the reason wey the marriage no fit survive na due to ‘circumstances beyond her control.’ She talk say, “My ex-husband na great man, but if God no ordain am, no be force fit go keep marriage together.” (E be like say na God go fit settle this kind wahala, abeg).
As time dey pass, she no shy to acknowledge her family support during this her healing journey. She hail her siblings as the real MVPs, saying dem dey always there to cover her back. “Dem fit defend and stand by you,” na wetin she talk. (Na real true paddy paddy matter, my people).
