Okowa felicitates Atiku at 75

Delta Governor Ifeanyi Okowa congratulated former Vice President Alhaji Atiku Abubakar on his 75th birthday.

The governor, in a message, the press secretary, Mr. Olisa Ifeajika, in Asaba on Thursday praised Atiku for his remarkable commitment to the unity and progress of the nation through his outstanding economic and political activities.

He said Atiku’s wise and consistent warnings on national issues had been outstanding and impactful.

He praised the former vice president and presidential candidate of the Popular Democratic Party (PDP) in the 2019 elections for his inspiring role in defending and promoting democracy in Nigeria.

Okowa said Wazirin Adamawa was a detribalized Nigerian, whose benevolence had impacted many lives beyond tribe, religion, gender, social status and partisan boundaries.
