Firstly, you must be Nigerian citizen wey come from your mama side. No be say you born for Nigeria but you dey carry foreign passport, o! You gatz dey between 20 and 32 years of age, but if you be medical doctor wey don finish school, you fit apply if you dey up to 40 years.
