Dis new system dem dey call Drug Integrity Test and Visa E-Administration System (DITViCAS) and e go help cut down the wahala wey applicants dey face.
At the press conference wey happen for Abuja on Tuesday, October 21, 2025, NDLEA Chairman, Brig. Gen. Mohamed Buba Marwa (retd.), wey represent am Shadrach Haruna, talk say this initiative na “paradigm shift” for Nigeria own fight against drug abuse and trafficking. E no just be talk, e be say dem wan make everything dey smooth like that palm wine wey dey cold for your village!
Marwa emphasize say this new platform go make am easy for people to apply from their homes without the wahala of long queues or paperwork wey dey used to waste time. Just log on to the website, create account, and pick your time for the test—no more market place hustle!
“For years, people wey dey seek NDLEA Visa Clearance Certificate go encounter long paperwork, physical appearance, and serious delays,” Marwa explain. “With dis online system, all those wahala don vanish! We don bring automation give the whole process.” (If only dem fit do this kind thing for our banks too, abi?)
The new system also go allow private medical centers to partner with NDLEA, so dem fit dey accredited testing centers. So, if you be padi wey no wan carry drugs enter abroad, this one na your chance to shine!
