National Aviation Services (NAS), the fastest growing aviation supplier in emerging markets, has signed a strategic partnership agreement with Kenyan company Siginon Aviation Ltd. to acquire a 51% stake in Siginon Aviation Ltd. Siginon Aviation, a subsidiary of Siginon Group Ltd. provides comprehensive ground handling and cargo management services at airports.

Through this partnership, NAS has expanded its presence in Africa with two airports in Kenya – Nairobi and Eldoret. This adds to the growing NAS network in Africa and strengthens its presence as the largest ground carrier in the region. Over the past year, despite the challenges posed by the Covid crisis, NAS has successfully launched operations at 14 airports in South Africa, DRC, Guinea-Bissau and Zambia.
