4 The prosecutor, ASP Zedekiah Orogbemi, told the court that the defendant sometime in July, on Cele Road, Ode-Aye in Okitipupa, possessed a single-barrel dane gun without a satisfactory explanation on how he got it.

7 Orogbemi said that the offences were punishable under Sections 430(1) and 86 (1) of the Criminal Code, Laws of Ondo State, 2006.
The chief magistrate granted the defendant bail in the sum of N50,000 and a surety in like sum.
8 He added that the surety must reside within the court’s jurisdiction and show evidence of two years’ tax payment to the state government.
