The World Creative and Innovation Day is celebrated every April 21 yearly to raise awareness on the role of creativity and innovation in all aspects of human development.

“The COVID-19 pandemic crippled both business and human capital following restrictions to contain its widespread, while the second wave made it even more difficult for businesses to pick up.
“This gathering seeks to open our minds to the opportunities that abound in the emerging digital economy, and how we can take advantage of it to embrace creative and innovative solutions in business.

“With the creation of 19 functional skill acquisition centres in five divisions in Lagos, we have trained 38, 728 women in the two years of this administration .

Israel at the event urged participants to infuse creativity in what they do in order to stand out.
“We have lots of people that are already putting their skills into practice in Lagos and Nigeria at large, but the only thing that will make you stand out from others is your ability to be creative.
