Marriage of former CAN president, Ayo Oritsejafor, fails
Former Christian Association
Former Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) President Pastor Ayo Oritsejafor’s 25-year marriage to his wife Ufuoma Bernard, Helen, has reportedly crashed.

The duo were said to have been at odds for a long time before the marriage finally crashed into a protracted misunderstanding.

Unconfirmed sources have alleged that the marriage failed due to infidelity, among others.

Word of Life Bible Church
Oritsejfor is about 20 years older than his wife. He married Helen in 1997, 13 months after the death of his first wife, Stella. Together with Stella, he founded Word of Life Bible Church on November 15, 1987.
It emerged that Helen had accused her husband in 2020 of wanting her dead.
A senior source close to the family told PM NEWS that Oritsejafor had actually parted ways with Helen over a longstanding disagreement.
The source alleged that in addition to the infidelity of which the pastor has accused the wife, there are other reasons that led to the breakup.
Eagle Flight Microfinance Bank
One of them has to do with the Eagle Flight Microfinance Bank founded by Oritsejafor on behalf of his church, Word of Life Bible Church.
Eagle Flight Micro-Finance Bank
The pastor had said that the bank belonged to the church. Helen was president of Eagle Flight Micro-Finance Bank. It was alleged that Helen changed the bank documents to her personal name. This was said to have angered Oritsejafor, forcing him to act promptly.
African Broadcasting Network
Oritsejafor, a senior source said, has also shut down the African Broadcasting Network (ABN), where Helen used to be the head to curb her wings.
Pastor Oritsejafor
The calls made by PM NEWS to Pastor Oritsejafor’s phone to confirm the veracity of the story were not answered.
