Akinbile-Yusuf, during the launch of the training of 600 youths across three divisions of the state, said that his victory was well deserving.

She said Tinubu remained a great pillar of support for the creative industry, especially as had supported the industry on several occasions.

She urged Nigerians to work on acquiring their Permanent Voters Card (PVC) to be able to vote during the forthcoming 2023 elections.

“I congratulate Sen. Tinubu for a well deserving victory at the just concluded primaries elections, he has been a great pilar of support to the creative industry,” she said.

The News Agency of Nigeria reports that Tinubu won the presidential ticket, defeating 13 other aspirants to emerge the flag bearer of the APC at the end of the Special National Convention of the party on Wednesday in Abuja.

Tinubu polled a total 1,271 delegates votes while Rotimi Amaechi, the immediate past Minister of Transportation, came second at the primary with 316 votes, followed by Vice President Yemi Osinbajo who came third with 235 votes.
