Malami, wey don jump ship enter the African Democratic Congress (ADC), na him carry this matter go meet top security chiefs like National Security Adviser and IGP. For him petition wey drop on September 10, he bay the state governor, Nasir Idris, and his crew na dem dey run behind closed doors to destabilize everything wey get peace.
But make we no forget say Kebbi APC don land dey respond sharply to Malami’s claims. Dem come out for statement say all dis gist na “false, unfounded and politically motivated.” Na wetin dem dey call smear campaign by Malami wey dey try find relevance wey don dey slip from him grip wey be like wetin person dey try catch for dark corner.
The lawmakers also talk say during one condolence visit wey Malami do, he bring thugs come from Sokoto, Koko, and Rara to attack APC state secretariat while dem dey shout “one term” for the governor. Garba Maidoki, the senator for Kebbi South, join the matter as e challenge Malami say make e no just yarn any nonsense without backing am with evidence. He remind dem say Malami house dey less than 50 metres from APC headquarters and if APC dey instigate any fight, dem suppose don don the wahala around dey since. But nothing don happen till Malami storm with him convoy carrying “campaign style” – Wetin be that?
