Kaizer Chiefs and Orlando Pirates are like two raging bulls locking horns. They now have yet another target to fight over – a PSL captain.
Amakhosi and Bucs management are sniffing around with interest in TS Galaxy captain Given Msimango, according to SoccerLaduma.
The Rockets captain is set to leave at the end of the season with both sets of Soweto giants believed to be potential landing points.
Potential Swop Deal
The Galaxy captain is one of the best defenders in the PSL. Furthermore, he is also a captain. Meaning, he offers leadership, composure and solidarity on defense – an asset to any team.
The Siya crew confirmed that both Amakhosi and the Bucs have already expressed interest in signing Msimango, according to the same publication.
In fact, they are already preparing to sign his replacement.
Looks like a potential swop deal may be on the cards as Galaxy have identified Mathoho as Msimango’s potential replacement.
“TS Galaxy is aware of the interest in Msimango and that’s why the club is having plans to sign Mathoho,” the relevant source confirmed.
