Jose Peseiro releases Super Eagles starting XI for AFCON qualifier against Guinea-Bissau

The Super Eagles of Nigeria are set to face Guinea-Bissau in an African Cup of Nations, AFCON, qualifier today at the Abuja National Stadium. Ahead of the game, the Nigerian head coach, Jose Peseiro, has released his starting XI for the encounter. Peseiro made the announcement via the Super Eagles’ official Instagram account.
Starting Lineup
In the squad announced by Peseiro, Victor Osimhen was chosen to lead the Nigerian attack line, and he will be playing alongside Ademola Lookman. The starting XI also features the likes of Uzoho, Osayi-Samuel, Bassey, Akpoguma, Zaidu, Wilfred Ndidi, Kelechi Iheanacho, Alex Iwobi, Samuel Chukwueze, and Victor Osimhen.
Substitutes
If Jose Peseiro will need to make any substitutions in the game against Guinea-Bissau, he will have the likes of Paul Onuachu, Moffi, Ajayi, Onyemaechi, Bameyi, Moses Simon, Omeruo, Ahmed Musa, Aniagboso, Sochima, Joe Aribo, and Onyeka at his disposal.
