American multinational IT company, HP Inc. has unveiled the Z Portfolio workstation to deliver all-out, secure and uncompromised performance for users in Nigeria.
Ify Afe, Managing Director, HP Nigeria, said in a statement on Thursday that Z by HP workstations were built for professional creators and power users who needed performance, reliability, broad hardware expandability.
Afe said that the new workstation has the versatility to get the job done in any work environment.
She said due to disruptions caused by the COVID-19 pandemic and the shift to remote working, HP had adapted its technology to meet the needs of the mobile workforce by incorporating powerhouse performance into dense form factors.
According to her, professionals such as IT specialists, architects and data scientists, among others, are better served with the new Z Portfolio workstations.
The managing director said that the Z range enabled users to create, connect and collaborate from any location.
“Z2 Mini G5, the world’s most powerful mini workstation running Adobe Creative Suite; Z2 Small Form Factor G5, the world’s most powerful desktop workstation and Z2 Tower G5, world’s most expandable entry workstation.
‘’Others include, the ZBook Fury 15 G7, world’s most expandable 15-inch mobile workshop and ZBook Fury 17 G7, the world’s smallest 17-inch mobile workstation with RTX500.
‘’The ZCentral 4R, the world’s most powerful 1U racked workstation for media and entertainment, product development, data science, and healthcare, is engineered to harness the power of a Z4 workstation in a 1U form factor and designed for high density in racked environments,’’ she said.
According to her, professional creators and power users need a curated experience that aligns to the way they work and live in today’s new normal.
She said that Z portfolio, which would be available in Nigeria soon, delivers the mobility, performance, and flexibility the creative community wanted.
