NNN HAUSA: Wasu talakawa da marasa galihu a Najeriya sun samu cikas guda takwas Conditional Cash Transfer (CCT) da aka gudanar daga ranar 25 ga Afrilu zuwa 27 ga Mayu, a jihohin Edo, Ondo, Enugu da Kebbi.

Rabaran David Ugolor, babban daraktan cibiyar kula da muhalli da tattalin arziki ta Africa Network for Environment and Economic Justice (ANEEJ) ya bayyana haka lokacin da yake zantawa da manema labarai a Abuja ranar Alhamis.

Ugolor ya ce jihohin hudu ba su biya ba tun shekarar 2019 saboda matsalar fasaha.

Ya ce wadanda suka ci gajiyar tallafin a jihohin Kebbi, Ondo da Edo, wadanda aka biya su kudaden alawus-alawus na tsawon watanni takwas daga watan Janairun 2020 zuwa Agusta 2020, sun samu kudi 40,000 ne kawai.

Babban daraktan ya kara da cewa wadanda suka ci gajiyar tallafin a jihar Enugu sun samu kudi N50,000 wanda ya kunshi cika alkawuran da suka dauka na tsawon watanni 10 daga watan Janairun 2020 zuwa Oktoba 2020.

“A kan haka ne ANEEJ ke gudanar da wannan taron manema labarai don samar da bayanai kan sa ido ko tabo kan biyan kudaden ga wadanda suka ci gajiyar shirin mika kudaden kasa da aka gudanar a jihohi hudu.

“An samu rangwame ga wadanda suka ci gajiyar shirin a jihohin Edo, Ondo, Enugu da Kebbi inda aka dakatar da biyan kudaden, yayin da wadanda suka ci gajiyar shirin suka yi tattaki don karbar kudadensu a cibiyoyin da aka kebe a fadin jihohin hudu.

“An fara atisayen ne da tantance wadanda suka amfana a ranar 19 ga Afrilu, a unguwar Kokani da ke karamar hukumar Jaga a jihar Kebbi, yayin da aka fara biyan wadanda suka ci gajiyar tallafin a ranar Litinin da yamma, 25 ga Afrilu.

“An raba Naira 1, 920, 000, 000 ga masu cin gajiyar tallafin 46,780 a fadin kananan hukumomi shida na jihar,” in ji shi.

Ugolor ya ce an raba kudi N120, 544,000 ga mutane 3,673 da suka ci gajiyar tallafin a kananan hukumomi shida dake fadin jihar Ondo a ranar 26 ga watan Afrilu a unguwar Oba-Ile dake karamar hukumar Akure ta Arewa.

Ya ce an gudanar da taron kafin a raba kudaden ne a ranar 19 ga watan Afrilu a jihar Edo, yayin da aka fara biyan wadanda suka ci gajiyar tallafin a ranar Juma’a 29 ga watan Afrilu a birnin Benin.

A cewarsa, an biya jimillar Naira 360, 704,000 ga ma’aikata 8,705 a kananan hukumomi biyar da ke fadin jihar amma ba a biya ba a kananan hukumomin Etsako ta tsakiya a fadin jihar.

“A ranar 4 ga watan Mayu, daga karshe aka fara biyan kudi a cibiyar ci gaban Owo, karamar hukumar Nkanu ta Gabas a jihar Enugu. An raba Naira 129560,000 ga ma’aikata 3,144 da suka amfana a kananan hukumomi biyar da ke fadin jihar.

“An kuma sanar da mu game da biyan bashin ta yanar gizo ga wadanda suka ci gajiyar shirin wanda a halin yanzu ake aiwatar da shi a duk Jihohin kasar nan domin kammala bayar da kudaden dawo da dala 322.5 da Abacha ya wawushe da kudaden ruwa da suka tara,” in ji shi.
