Fari ya raba mutane miliyan 2.6 da muhallansu a Somaliya – Majalisar Dinkin Duniya

Hukumar jin kai ta Majalisar Dinkin Duniya ta ce, kimanin mutane miliyan 2.6, wato kusan kashi 22 cikin dari na al’ummar kasar, a gundumomi 66 cikin 74 a fadin kasar Somaliya, na fama da matsanancin fari.

Ofishin kula da ayyukan jin kai na Majalisar Dinkin Duniya UNOCHA a ranar Laraba ya ce kusan mutane 113,000 ne fari ya raba da muhallansu a fadin kasar Somaliya.

“Rashin samun tsaftataccen ruwan sha tare da rashin tsafta da tsaftar muhalli ya kara yawan hadarin kamuwa da cututtukan da ke haifar da ruwa.

“Tare da karuwar wadanda ake zargin sun kamu da cutar amai da gudawa da kwalara da kuma kyanda,” in ji UNOCHA a cikin sabon sabuntawa game da yanayin fari.

Somaliya na fuskantar mummunan fari sakamakon rashin samun damina guda uku a jere, kuma tana fuskantar hadarin karo na hudu a jere a shekarar 2021, a cewar MDD.

A ranar Talata ne gwamnatin Somaliya ta ayyana dokar ta-baci saboda tsananin fari a kasar.

Firayim Minista, Mohamed Roble, wanda ya bayyana hakan bayan ya jagoranci taron majalisar ministoci a Mogadishu, ya bukaci taimakon gaggawa ga mutanen da bala’in fari ya shafa a wasu sassan kasar.

Dukansu gwamnati da abokan aikin jin kai suna haɓaka martani tare da sake tsara ayyukan don magance matsalolin buƙatu masu tasowa amma ƙoƙarinsu ya takura ta hanyar samar da kudade da damuwa a wasu yankunan da abin ya shafa.

Majalisar Dinkin Duniya ta yi gargadin cewa tuni wasu Somaliyawa miliyan 3.5 ke fuskantar matsalar karancin abinci kuma idan ba tare da tallafin gaggawa ba, mai yiyuwa ne lamarin zai kara tabarbarewa.

Ta ce an samu rahoton karancin abinci da bukatu na jin kai a dukkan bangarori, inda a halin yanzu sama da mutane miliyan 5.9 ke bukatar agaji da kariya.

Ayyukan Majalisar Dinkin Duniya sun ce mutane miliyan 7.7 a Somaliya za su bukaci taimakon jin kai da kariya a shekarar 2022 saboda rikice-rikice a sassa daban-daban na kasar, da bala’in yanayi mai tada hankali, musamman fari da ambaliyar ruwa, barkewar cututtuka ciki har da COVID-19 da kuma tabarbarewar talauci.
