Hukumar Lafiya ta Duniya, WHO, ta ce daya daga cikin manya hudu na yawan mutanen duniya ba sa motsa jiki sosai, yana mai kira da a samar da mafi kyawu kuma mafi kyawun damar motsa jiki don inganta lafiyar gaba daya.
Hukumar lafiya ta Majalisar Dinkin Duniya ta ce a cikin wani sabon taƙaitaccen shawarwari tare da taken, ‘Fair Play: Gina tsarin motsa jiki mai ƙarfi don ƙarin mutane masu aiki’ wanda za a iya hana mutuwar kusan miliyan biyar a shekara a kowace shekara idan yawan jama’ar duniya ya fi aiki.

Alkaluman WHO sun nuna cewa daya daga cikin manya hudu, da hudu daga cikin matasa biyar, ba sa samun isasshen motsa jiki.

Ta kara da cewa “WHO tana kira ga masana’antu, kungiyoyin farar hula da gwamnatoci, da hukumomin Majalisar Dinkin Duniya, don gina manufa daya don samar da al’ummomi masu kwazo ta hanyar wasanni, tafiya, kekuna da wasa,” in ji ta.
Hukumar ta gano manyan ayyuka guda uku: haɗin gwiwa mai ƙarfi tsakanin sassan; ƙaƙƙarfan tsarin mulki da ƙa’idodi; kazalika da fadi, zurfi, da sabbin hanyoyin samar da kudade.
Taƙaitaccen shawarwarin yana mai da martani ga kiran Babban Sakataren Majalisar Antonioinkin Duniya Antonio Guterres na kiran wasanni da motsa jiki don faɗaɗa gudummawar ta don cimma Manufofin Ci Gaban Dorewa.
Hukumar ta kuma karfafa kasashe don aiwatar da manufofin manufofin da aka bayyana a cikin shirin aikin na WHO na Duniya kan aikin motsa jiki na 2018-2030 don cimma burin karuwar aikin motsa jiki da kashi 15 cikin dari nan da 2030.
